Michelle was awesome from the start, she had great communication with us from the start and always checked up with us and also help explain every step of the way which was very helpful being that we were first time home buyers. she was very flexible on when we were available to see houses and help us on what to look for when checking out houses. she was quick with the paperwork, and we closed early on our home. we will definitely work with her again in the future if we ever need a realtor.

As my husband and I were going through the search for our first home our mortgage lender recommended Michelle Doerr as our buyers agent. I felt very comfortable with Michelle from the first phone call. Because this was our first time working with a real estate agent, I found her straightforward approach and communication style to be very reassuring. Throughout the process she was always very responsive and quick to provide us with whatever information we needed, and because we were purchasing this home from out of state her attentiveness was especially appreciated. We could not be there in person to look at any homes or oversee inspections, so we had to rely on Michelle for these things. She made sure that we were able to get the few repairs the home needed, and she always made sure that things continued to move forward smoothly throughout the home buying process, even going so far to personally contact our loan officer for updates. She was a pleasure to work with, and I feel confident recommending her to anyone in need of real estate services.
